Definitions:

(1) (harmonious as in: live together harmoniously)
co-existing in a friendly and peaceful way; or having components that are combined in a pleasing way
(2) (harmonious as in: soothing, harmonious music)
of music: pleasing (through the combination of different notes)

When speaking of music, do not confuse harmonious (pleasing sound) with harmony (the structure of the music with respect to the composition and progression of chords regardless of how pleasing it may or may not be).
