SAT Test SAT Reasoning Test
Strongly Associated with:   ACT Test
Notes:
SAT is short of SAT Reasoning Test.  The 4 hour test results in different scores for critical reading, mathematics, and writing. Each score is between 200 and 800. Many colleges consider the test a good indicator of how prepared a student is for college work.

People typically abbreviate the SAT Reasoning Test as just SAT. It is also called the SAT I because there are also SAT II tests — each of which measures mastery of a single subject taught in school.
