Strongly Associated with:   Hodgkin`s disease
The lymphatic system helps filter out bacteria and is important in fighting disease.

There are two basic categories of lymphomas:  Hodgkin’s lymphoma (marked by Reed-Sternberg cells) and non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas.

Non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas include a large, diverse group of cancers of immune system cells, and can be further divided into cancers that have an indolent (slowly progressing) course and those that have an aggressive (rapidly progressing) course.
