Book Highlights:  The Odyssey is, in part, a sequel to The Iliad. The Odyssey tells a story of Odysseus (or Ulysses as the Romans called him after hearing the story).

After successfully using a wooden Trojan horse to defeat Troy,  Odysseus is forced by the god, Poseidon, to wander for ten years before he can return home to Penelope and Telemachus.
