Multiple Meanings
wrought — as in:  wrought iron

The windows have decorative wrought iron bars for security.
worked — as when iron is shaped to fit by bending or beating
wrought — as in:  the damage he has wrought

the damage wrought by the hurricane
caused to happen or occurred as a consequence

More rarely, and especially in the form overwrought or wrought-up, wrought may mean "excessively nervous" or "agitated".
